BHUBANESWAR: In view of the deteriorating #COVID19 situation in other states and possibility of a second infection, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik reviewed preparedness to fight the pandemic and emphasised on the need for comprehensive precautionary measures and public awareness.
CM directed the District Collectors & SPs to regularly monitor compliance to #COVID19 protocols and closely monitor the surveillance, testing programmes in their respective areas. CM advised to launch a massive IEC campaign to provide important information to people. #OdishaCares.
CM reiterated the need to raise awareness on use of masks, hand-hygiene and ensure that it is maintained, especially in public places. Advising the entire administration to understand the seriousness of the situation, CM urged all to re-dedicate themselves in the Covid War.
