BHUBANESWAR:Chief Minister Shri Mohan Charan Majhi inaugurated the Tribal Fair-2026 organized Unit -1 Tribal Ground here.
The fair showcases beautiful handicrafts and food items made by the tribals. Glimpses of tribal art and culture are displayed in the fair.
This fair will be held till February 5th this year.
‘I attended the inaugural ceremony of the Tribal Fair-2026 organized at the Tribal Ground of Bhubaneswar. Our tribal brothers and sisters are the soul of Odisha. Their rich culture and traditions are the pride of our state and this fair is a powerful way to showcase their simple lifestyle and extraordinary artwork to the world, CM Majhi said.
‘Our government is committed to protecting the rights of the tribals and integrating them into the mainstream of development. Through initiatives like Shaheed Madho Singh Handicapped Expenditure Scheme and Pradhan Mantri Janman Yojana, we are taking strong steps towards building a prosperous and empowered tribal society. Let us respect this harmony of tradition and progress and partner in building a prosperous Odisha,” CM Majhi added.
