New Delhi: The Government has decided to sub-lease/give on O&M (Operation & Management) contract the following properties of ITDC and its joint venture companies which have been leased by the State Governments/State Agency to ITDC and its joint venture companies:-

Process has been initiated to obtain the approval/No Objection of the State Government to sub-lease/give on O & M contract these leased properties. In cases where the State Governments are reluctant to extend the lease, the property may be offered to the State Government.
Presently the Government is considering the proposal to sub-lease/give on Operation & Management (O&M) contract the above eight properties of ITDC and its joint venture companies.
This information was given by Minister of State for Culture and Tourism (Independent Charge) and Minister of State for Civil Aviation Dr. Mahesh Sharma in a written reply in Rajya Sabha today.
