BHUBANESWAR: Stepping up its attack on Naveen Patnaik led BJD Government in Odisha, Leader of Opposition Jayanarayan Mishra will lead a 22-member delegation to meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah and the Party’s National President JP Nadda over alleged rampant corruption in Odisha.
However, the date of the said meeting is yet to finalised, sources said. The BJP delegation will submit a memorandum to them. The delegation will also meet Election Commission of India and Union Railways Minister.
“Right from peons to IAS officers, all work for a single party,” Opposition leader in State Assembly Mishra said. Mishra said, as CIB and ED are investigating into several corruption cases but no tangible action not taken by these Central probe agencies.
Mishra had earlier claimed that during the last visit of Union Home Minister Amit Shah , Odisha Government demanded for early polls and deputed 5T Secretary VK Pandian to talk with Shah while the Union Home Minister out rightly rejected and even warned for President’s Rule if Odisha Goes for early polls, Mishra had claimed.
