BHUBANESWAR: Capital PS Case No-683, dtd.19.11.2023, U/S-294/506 IPC r.w. Sec 3 OPG Act, PO: Near Parking place of Nautala, Unit- V, PS- Capital, BBSR UPD.
Gist of the FIR:
On Dt.19.11.2023 evening, while Capital PS staffs were performing evening patrolling received credible information that some persons are gambling by betting money with playing cards, near parking place of Natala, Unit-V, Bhubaneswar. On this, the patrolling party immediately conducted raid at the spot and apprehended 5 people with playing cards, bating money and other articles from their possession.Further investigation is going on.
