BHUBANESWAR: Ref: Capital PS Case No-766, Dt.28.12.2022, U/s-341/323/294/307/506/34 IPC.PO: At Master canteen Square, PS- Capital, Bhubaneswar UPD.
Gist of the FIR:
Investigation conducted so far disclosed that on dated 27/28.12.2022 night at about 2.40 AM complt. along with his friend Jyotiranjan Mohapatra, S/o- Pratap Chandra Mohapatra went to Master canteen, near railway station area for dinner at that time accused Arjun Mana dashed against him. When they opposed other two persons namely Jagannatha Reddy @Jaga Reddy and Rajesh Kumar Sundaray came to near and abused in filthy language and assaulted them, as a result in which complt. and his friend sustained injuries.
Again near at Police Aid Post, Master canteen accused persons tried to run over vehicle to the complainant and his friend with an intention to kill them in life. When complaint informed the matter to police they fled away from the spot with their Wagner car bearing regd. No- OR-02-AZ- 0477. Accused person also threaten the complainant for dire consequences.
