BHUBANESWAR: By December 31, 2023, Bargarh district in Odisha, will be bifurcated and Padmapur will be accorded with district status.
This was came following a meeting of Action Committee led by Minister Niranjan Pujari with Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik here on Wednesday.
The agitation demanding district status to Padmapur, will be called off after BJD puts it in its election manifesto.
