Demanding dismissal of Minister of State Dibya Shankar Mishra over Mamita Meher murder case the Odisha Pradesh Congress today called for a state-wide strike on November 12.As per a decision taken during the executive committee meeting of the Pradesh Congress, the State-wide strike will be observed if Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik does not sack Minister Dibya Shankar Mishra in next 10 days. The Congress has also been demanding a criminal case against Mishra as well as his arrest.OPCC Chief Niranjan Patnaik appealed the people of the State to give full support to the State-wide strike on November 12.
