The campaign for the Nuapada assembly by-election is now in full swing. Today, a tribal community conference has been organized by the BJP at Bhainsmundi village under Sarabong Panchayat.
In this, Odisha Government’s Public Education and Tribal Welfare Minister Nityananda Gand and Food Supply and Consumer Affairs Minister Krishna Chandra Patra were present and informed about the various steps taken by both the Central Government and the State Government for the welfare of the tribals. Along with this, they appealed to the BJP candidate Jai Dholakia to win to make Nuapada a developed and poverty-free district.
Rajya Sabha MP Mamata Mahant, former minister Himanshu Meher, former MP Dr. Prabhas Singh, Phulbani MLA Umcharan Mallick, former MLA Kusum Tete, Khamsingh Majhi, Homsingh Majhi, Lalsingh Majhi, Bhagat Ram Majhi Pramukh were present at this event.
