BHUBANESWAR: BJP State President Manmohan Samal, who lost the recently concluded Assembly polls from Chandabali MLA seat by a low margin, is going to be the next Chairman of State Planning Board.
Samal will enjoy a Cabinet Rank. Samal played a key role in BJP’s historic victory in Odisha and under his leadership, Party formed its first Government in Odisha and won a massive 20 Lok Sabha seats in recent Parliamentary polls.
