NEW DELHI/BHUBANESWAR: BJP Rajya Sabha MP and former Odisha cadre IAS officer , Ashwini Vaishnaw was on Friday donated Rs 30 lakhs from his MPLADs for Gopabadhu Institute of Medical Science and Research Center, Athgarh, Cuttack, Odisha to fight COVID-19.
“Contributed 30 lakh rupees out of MPLADS Fund for purchasing ventilators for 5 bedded ICU at Gopabadhu Institute of Medical Science and Research Center, Athgarh, Cuttack, Odisha. I request everyone to contribute towards PM Cares Fund for a better India for ours and the future generations,” MP Ashwini Vaishnaw.
The BJP Rajya Sabha MP Vaishnaw had earlier donated Rs 2.5 crore from his MPLADs to PMRF to fight the outbreak of COVID-19.
