BHUBANESWAR/NEW DELHI: BJP National Vice President and Spokesperson Baijayant ‘Jay’ Panda has expressed confidence that India will touch $5Trillion economy.
The former MP in both Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha Panda was speaking at the India Macro Summit 2019 hosted by Citi bank on ‘Understanding the New India & BJP’s Ascent to National Dominance’.
“Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)’s growth is unprecedented; PM Narendra Modi is outstanding at setting milestones & achieving them, like the World Bank’s Ease Of Doing Business. Next, $5Trillion economy,” Panda twitted.
The Industrialists turned senior BJP Leader however said it was the best time to be in India and that many things such as foreign direct investment, ease of doing business; red-tapism and corruption are on a decline.
Panda quoting Prime Minister Narendra Modi said the country is among the top 10 destinations for foreign direct investment (FDI) in the world and had received $286 billion of FDI in the last five years.
