NEW DELHI: Knowing well that Sikh population has an impressive presence under Kurukshetra Lok Sabha in Haryana , BJP MP candidate and Chairman Jindal Steel and Power, Naveen Jindal is missing no stone unturned to reach out to them.
Wearing saffron colored turbans, Haryana chief minister Nayab Singh Saini and BJP’s Kurukshetra Lok Sabha candidate Naveen Jindal, addressed their party’s Vijay Sankalp rally in Sikh dominated Pehowa assembly constituency of Kurukshetra district on Monday. CM Nayab Saini appealed to the people to vote and elected Jindal as Kurukshetra MP. Jindal promised to strengthen Pehowa’s connectivity with Kurukshetra by four-lane the road and improving the drainage system.
Haryana minister Subhash Sudha and BJP’s Pehowa MLA and ex-minister Sandeep Singh were also present in the rally.
The 54 year old Naveen Jindal’s main fight will be the INDIA alliance candidate Sushil Gupta and Indian National Lok Dal’s Abhay Singh.
The BJP MP candidate has planned to set up two institutes, India’s best vocational training institutes, in Kurukshetra and Kaithal. Over 10,000 students will be given training every year and they can get much better jobs not just in India but abroad.
