NEW DELHI/BHUBANESWAR: Shikhar Sarangi, son of Bhubaneswar BJP MP Aparajita Sarangi and Additional Secretary , Department of School Education & Literacy, Ministry of Education, Santosh Sarangi , has secured 36th Rank in All India Law Entrance Test. Shikhar was admitted in New Delhi based National Law University.
