BHUBANESWAR:The winter session of the Assembly is going to begin from tomorrow. This session will begin from tomorrow and continue till December 31. Tomorrow, on the first day, for the first time, His Excellency the President Smt. Draupadi Murmu will address the State Assembly.
This is certainly a historic moment for all of us. His Excellency the President was also a member and minister in this Assembly. On this occasion, the President will interact with the former MLAs and current MLAs of his time, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Dr. Mukesh Mahaling has informed.
BJP Legislative Party meeting was held this evening. Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri Mohan Charan Majhi, State President Shri Manmohan Samal, State General Secretary (Organization) Manas Kumar Mohanty, along with all the ministers and MLAs attended the meeting and discussed the strategy in detail, informed Minister Dr. Mahaling.
The first supplementary budget will be presented on the 28th. We are ready to answer all the questions that will be presented by the opposition party. Along with this, we will present all the achievements of the 16-month BJP government before the people, said Minister Dr. Mahaling.
