NEW DELHI/BHUBANESWAR: BJP Kurukshetra Lok Sabha MP and Chairman, Jindal Steel and Power, Mr Naveen Jindal was on Tuesday met with Union Railways, Information and Broadcasting Minister Mr Ashwini Vaishnaw in New Delhi and discussed in detail the railway projects related to Kurukshetra Lok Sabha constituency in Haryana.
Union Minister Mr Vaishnaw assured the 3rd times Lok Sabha MP Mr Naveen Jindal to implement all major schemes soon along with he assured to upgrade the infrastructure and passenger facilities of Kurukshetra Railway Station by including it in Amrit Bharat Station Yojana.
‘It is a pleasure that the Hon’ble Minister assured to implement the schemes soon. Also, he assured to upgrade the infrastructure and passenger facilities of Kurukshetra Railway Station by including it in Amrit Bharat Station Yojana. This initiative will make the travel experience of the people of the region more convenient,” MP Mr Naveen Jindal posted on X.
‘With Haryana having a double engine Government and pro people and pro-active Lok Sabha MP like Mr Naveen Jindal, railway projects relating to Kurukshetra Lok Sabha constituency are expected to complete in time bound manner, sources said.
It may be noted here that Minister Mr Vaishnaw, today addressed the media at Rail Bhawan in New Delhi. He provided detailed insights into three major railway infrastructure projects approved by the Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs (CCEA) which will significantly boost connectivity in Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh.
