NUAPADA:This is the first by-election after the BJP formed the government in the state. After the demise of former MLA late Rajendra Dholakia, the BJP has fielded his son Jai Dholakia as its candidate. The BJP government in the state has completed 500 days with the blessings of the people for the welfare work of the successful Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi government. The BJP fulfills whatever it promises. Everything that was written in the manifesto before the elections, after forming the government, the BJP is fulfilling them one by one.
The price of paddy has now reached Rs 3100 per quintal, which has helped in increasing the income of farmers. 16 lakh families have benefited from the input subsidy of the state government. Women have already received 3 installments under the Subhadra Yojana. The 4 doors of the Puri temple, which is associated with the feelings of devotees, have been opened. The treasure trove of gems has been opened.
A new State Highways Authority has been formed to construct 75,000 km of new roads in the state and to develop, manage and control highways. Arrangements have been made to irrigate 15,000 hectares of farmland. Especially, the investment of Rs 17 lakh crore in the last 500 days of the BJP government has become possible for the first time after 78 years of independence. Chief Minister Shri Mohan Charan Majhi has announced various projects worth Rs 1,101 crore in the Nuapada Assembly. Implementing these will be the priority of the BJP government. Approval has also been received from the Center to open a medical college in Nuapada. The Chief Minister himself informed about this after discussing with the National President and Union Health Minister Shri JP Nadda. The major problem in Nuapada is the unemployment rate. Since the people of this place had no alternative, they were going to go to other states with their wives and children. The BJP government has taken a resolution to resolve these problems, said State President Shri Manmohan Samal at a press conference held at the district office in Nuapada.
