BHUBANESWAR: The Mohan Charan Majhi led BJP Government in Odisha allowed journalists to enter the Lok Seva Bhawan after four long years.
Approximately 200 media workers, who attended the swearing-in ceremony on Thursday, were escorted inside the Secretariat by the State Information and Public Relations Department.
The previous government had restricted journalists’ access to Lok Seva Bhawan in March 2020 and paid no heed despite repeated demands against it. On Thursday afternoon, CM Majhi personally went to meet the journalists attending the swearing-in ceremony of the state’s first BJP government at Janata Maidan.
