BHUBANESWAR: Dhenkanal MLA Sudhir has distributed bicycles to Samal people to pass the current election, which is a clear violation of the code of conduct. Article 123 provides for arrest if a candidate entices the public to vote during the election. BJP State Vice President Shri Golak Mohapatra demanded that Dhenkanal MLA Sudhir Samal should be arrested for distributing bicycles as a candidate.
Similarly, the BJP has repeatedly demanded from the CEO that the government officials should shoulder their responsibilities and do the right thing and refrain from helping the ruling party. Previously, government officials have been dismissed from their posts for working in the ruling party. Also, on someone’s instigation, Gohira retreat officer under Ghasipura constituency of Keonjhar district, Saraswati Naik, husband of Ethiya Samiti member, Mr. Bibhu Ranjan Naik, is distributing allowance money. Who is protecting these officers? He should be investigated as soon as possible. Saraswati should be dismissed as a government officer and working for the ruling party.
The people of Odisha are turning away from BJD. It has become clear that no one will vote for BJD in the upcoming general elections and they will be deposed. Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has once again tried to come to power by luring government officials and people. Despite being in power for 24 years, the chief minister and his party leaders, who have failed to solve the problems of the people of Odisha, are not backing down from doing illegal things like violating the election code of conduct.
During the elections, the video and photos of people repeatedly showing provocations were seen in the media, but the BJJ did not refrain from it. The people of Odisha are relying on BJ. The people of Odisha have already realized the lies of BJD. This is why BJD is afraid of losing the election. BJD is repeatedly violating the code of conduct in the pursuit of power. BJ is already weak.
