BHUBANESWAR: BJD used government officials in the first phase of election campaign. Action was taken against the government employees after allegations with CEO. But BJD was not alerted by that. While the first phase of the election in the state is being held on Monday (13th), the BJD has started distributing money in the voting options. Former BJD president of Rayagada district Sudhir Kumar Das is distributing 2 thousand rupees to people in his open place on Saturday, the video of which has gone viral. Such action of Mr. Das is in flagrant violation of election code of conduct.

Now its engaged his people in distribution of money, which is in flagrant violation of election code of conduct. Strict action will be taken against Mr. Das and he will keep a close watch on the 4 Lok Sabha elections and 28 assembly elections under it. The BJP delegation led by the State Vice President Mr. Golak Mohapatra met the State Chief Electoral Officer demanding immediate arrest of whoever is involved in the distribution of money.
Similarly, Kandhamal MP candidate Achyut Samantha has a huge empire. But in the daily newspaper there is a report of a poor man saying that he has nothing. It is alleged that he paid money to print this news. Mr. Mohapatra demanded that the Election Commission should take a strict approach and take strict action for such actions of Mr. Samantha.
