BHUBANESWAR:In the context of Nuapada by-election, Biju Janata Dal is sinking to a very low level and spreading propaganda due to fear of defeat. Which is highly condemnable. In its usual manner, instead of abandoning its previous practice, BJD has once again misused Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology and changed the real photo and video of the popular Chief Minister of Odisha, Shri Mohantharan Majhi and spread it on various social media platforms.
The way the BJD has made fun of the simplicity of a tribal Chief Minister is an insult to the democracy and the 4.5 crore people of Odisha. Such an incident is not at all befitting in a democracy. Yesterday too, a BJP delegation presented information to the Chief Election Officer about how the BJD party is spreading propaganda on social media. He informed about how the BJD is misleading the voters by misusing artificial intelligence (AI) technology.
The BJP had complained to the Chief Electoral Officer about the fake photos of BJP State President Shri Manmohan Samal and Dharmashala MLA Shri Himanshu Sahu going viral on social media Facebook. Even after this, the BJD did not get any attention. The BJP delegation has informed the Cyber ACP at the Commissionerate headquarters about the misuse of artificial intelligence in the physical incident, said the state spokesperson Shri Satyabrat Panda.
