BHUBANESWAR/NEW DELHI: The ruling BJD MPs in Odisha on Thursday applauded the statesmanship of Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik during COVID-19 crisis.
Soon after Chief Minister Patnaik assured his Delhi and Maharashtra Counterparts Arvinda Kejriwal and Uddhav Thackeray to provide medical oxygen and also assuring Prime Minister Narendra Modi with full support and cooperation, BJD MPs like Dr Amar Patnaik, Dr Sasmit Patra, Sujeet Kumar and Pinaki Mishra flooded complements on twitter.
While taking to Prime Minister, Chief Minister Patnaik said it is a war-like situation and Odisha will extend all cooperation at the national level including ramping up oxygen production to assist other states in this emergency.
Maharashtra Chief Minister Shri Uddhavsaheb Thackeray also spoke to Naveen Patnaik and thanked him for the steps taken for logistics for oxygen supply and transport to Maharashtra.

Earlier, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik, assured Chief Minister of Delhi, Arvind Kejriwal to provide Medical Oxygen.
“Recd a call from Sh Naveen Patnaik ji. He has assured complete support to Delhi in facilitating lifting of Delhi’s quota of oxygen from Orissa. He has put a spl officer on the job. Thank u sooo much Sir. Delhi is indeed grateful,” Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal @ArvindKejriwal.
