BHUBANESWAR: Biswa Odia Paribaar, a leading socio-cultural organisation, is going to host an Odia Food Festival cum Exhibition here at Unit -3 Exhibition Ground from December 23 to 29.
This festival is aims to promote and popularize traditional Odia food among both locals and visitors.
Highlighting about the festival, Odisha BJP Chief Spokesperson and Chairman Biswa Odia Paribaar, Mr Sajjan Sharma said the festival cum exhibition will feature only authentic Odia traditional dishes, offering a unique platform for culinary experts, home chefs, and food enthusiasts to present their best recipes.
Former MLA Priyadarshi Mishra, senior BJP Leader Jagannath Pradhan and Odisha BJP Media Coordibator Sujit Das were among those present along with Chaairman Sharma.
The exhibition is slated to feature exclusively authentic Odia traditional dishes, offering a unique platform for culinary experts, home chefs, and food enthusiasts to showcase their best recipes. To foster excellence in preparation, the best participants will be recognized and awarded during the event.
