BHUBANESWAR: Bharatpur PS Case No-369, Dt- 23.08.2023, U/s- 408/417/420 IPC.PO: At SUM Ultimate Medicare Hospital, PS- Bharatpur, BBSR UPD.
Gist of the FIR: Narayan Behera was working as senior radiation therapist from 2019 to 2023 at SUM Ultimate Medicare Hospital and managed totally radiation parts of lab including counselling. Taking the opportunity, he collected money from the patients as well as the attendants of the patient directly and assured to make their treatment at the hospital.
He had also made their treatment but the amount which should be deposited at SUM Ultimate Account. He used to keep collection money with him fraudulently. It is further clear that Mr Narayan Behera has collected huge amount of money from patients/ attendants towards their treatment but did not deposited money.
Mr Narayan Behera left SUM Hospital and joined Chalmeda Ananda Rao Hospital, Karim Nagar, Telengana to hide himself. On Thursday, he was apprehended by Bharatpur PS from Cuttack.
