BHUBANESWAR: Bharat Kumar Ghadei, Ex-Range Officer,Kuarmunda Forest Range, Panposh under DFO,RKL(Retd), who was charge sheeted by Odisha Vigilance for causing loss to Govt by illegally releasing seized forest produce for pecuniary gain, was convicted to 2yrs jail and fine.
Kshyama Prasad Duria, Ex-PEO, Gopalpur GP, Th.Rampur Blcok, A/p-PEO, Kesinga Block, Kalahandi, who was charge sheeted by Odisha Vigilance for taking bribe, was convicted to 3 years jail and fine of Rs. 50,000/-.
