BHUBANESWAR: The people of the state are unhappy with the BJ government. People have already decided to change the regime. BJD is trying hard to influence the voters in various ways to pass the election campaign due to the fear of defeat. That’s why the government is using the force and the staff in its party work. It is a long-standing practice of BJD to put administrative officials in the election work, in violation of the policy. Similarly, no matter how many proofs of violation of the code of conduct against the BJD come to light, this party cannot change its old practice.
For example, Bhadrak District Chandbali Block Gopinathpur Village Panchayat GRS Ritarani Muduli is motivating people to vote for BJ. However, GRS Ms. Muduli increased the age of 10 minors and minor students and spent 83 thousand 944 rupees on the master roll of MNREGA work.
In this regard, the charges against him have been proved and the money has been recovered from him. But in this case, instead of dismissing him from his job, Bhadrak District Collector is covering him. State spokesperson Dilip Mallik said that Bhadrak district magistrate is protecting the workers working for Biju Janata Dal.
However, Ritanjali Muduli’s husband Parkuthom Barik was sacked from his job for doing such corruption when he was GRS during the last by-elections, now he is the district vice-president of Biju Janata Dal. Under the influence of BJ, the District Magistrate is not taking action and is protecting the corrupt employees. Along with this, a delegation of BJP led by state spokesperson Dilip Mallik met the state Chief Electoral Officer and demanded an investigation.
The state election cell coordinator Jayant Jena, Truptimayi Madkami, Biswajit Swain, Sharat Senapati, Himmashu Shekhar Naik, Prakash Barik were prominently present in this delegation.
