BHUBANESWAR/NEW DELHI: Happy birth day greetings and best wishes on Wednesday morning poured in for BJP National VP in charge of Assam and Delhi and Chairman of high level expert committee on NCC reforms , Baijayant Jay Panda, who turned 58. Born on January 12, 1964 , Jay Panda was a Member of Parliament in the 15th and 16th Lok Sabha from Kendrapara from 2009 to 2019. He was also a Member of Parliament in the Rajya Sabha for two terms from 2000 to 2009.
