BHUBANESWAR/BARBIL: Train No-18415 Barbil Puri Intercity Express started on Friday from Barbil in Keonjhar after a long gap.
The train starts from Barabil and passes through reaches Bara Jamda , Dangoaposi, Cuttack ,Bhubaneswar ,Khurda Road Jn , Delang and Sakhi Gopal before reaching Puri.
Earlier Keonjhar MP Chandrani Murmu had written to Union Railways Minister Piyush Goyal for resumption of service following decrease in COVID-19 cases. Railways earns Rs 15 Crore revenue from Keonjhar everyday while train services looks so poor in this mineral rich district.
Puri –Bangiriposhi train services had already resumed in Mayurbhanj district of the State.
