BHUBANESWAR: Banamali Satpathy, OAS, Executive Officer, Belaguntha NAC, in Ganjam was nabbed by Odisha Vigilance for taking bribe Rs.25,000 from a transferred staffer for drawl of arrear salary and to furnish Last Pay Certificate to enable him to draw salary at new place of posting.
Entire tainted money has been recovered and seized. Searches are underway at the accused‘s locations from DA angle. Berhampur Vig PS Case No 14/2025, U/s-7PC (Amd) Act, 2018 has been regd. Investigation in progress. Public are urged to report corruption Via Toll Free No.-1064
