BALANGIRI/BHUBANESWAR: CID -CB PS Case-No-05/2023 and 06/2023 of Balangir Town PS Case No-141 u/s 467/468/471/34 IPC and Case No-143 u/s420/465/467/468/471/34 IPC.
The key accused Manoj Mishra and his close aid, Alok Ranjan Udgata have been brought on 3 days police remand from Wednesday along with 2 other candidates Tribihari Panda and Pares Budek, who had utilized forged certificate and were arrested.
All the 4 accused will be interrogated and confronted with each other during the police remand period. CID-CB is making an effort to reach the root of the crime and its financial trail.
CID -CB IGP Amitendra Nath Sinha visited Balangir and reviewed the progress of investigation of the case with SP Nitin Kusalkar.
