BHUBANESWAR: On Monday, Additional Special Judge Vigilance Bhubaneswar Sasmita Parhi pronounced the judgement of Conviction in Bhubaneswar Vigilance PS Case No-1 dated.06.01.2005, T.R No-84/2005,U/s-13(2)r/w13(1)(d)/7 P.C. Act,1988/120-B IPC against the convict Baikunthanath Mohanty, Ex-Senior clerk Tahasil Office, Banapur and Rabindranath Barik, Ex- R.I. Pratap Revenue Circle under Banapur Tahasil Office , finding them guilty of above offences .
She sentenced them to undergo S.I for three years under section 7 P.C Act and to pay fine of Rs.20,000/-,in default to undergo S.I for four months and sentenced them to undergo S.I.for three years U/s-13(2) of P.C Act and to pay fine of Rs.20,000/- in default to undergo S.I for four months and sentenced them to undergo S.I. for three years and to pay fine of Rs.20,000/-,in default to undergo S.I for four months. Hon’ble Court ordered that both sentenced shall run concurrently.
