NEW DELHI/BHUBANESWAR: BJP National VP In Charge of Delhi and Assam and former MP from Odisha, Baijayant ‘Jay ‘Panda on Wednesday welcomed the joining of Jitin Prasada, who was among the G-23 leaders Congress, in BJP in presence of Union Minister Piyush Goyal and others.
“I welcome my friend #JitinPrasada to the world’s largest political party. In @BJP4India, which believes in nation first, party next, & family last, this suave, intelligent, down to earth politician will be able to achieve his potential & serve the people,” BJP National VP Baijayant Jay Panda tweeted @PandaJay.
The former Union Minister Prasada, who had been disappointed with the Congress, switched over to the BJP . He is the second leader close to Gandhi after Jyotiradtya Scindia to switch over to the BJP.
