NEW DELHI/BHUBANESWAR: To mark Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, a 75 people delegation from Bagha Jatin Smruti Parishad cycled from Balasore, Odisha to reach Delhi earlier on Tuesday.
BJP National VP Baijayant Jay Panda Met and felicitated them, later they all took divine darshan of Mahaprabhu Jagannath at Hauz Khas Mandir, Delhi.
As a tribute, with an immense commitment to spreading social awareness, the group started their journey on cycle on 10th September — marking Shaheed Bagha Jatin’s death anniversary. His life is a story of bravery and sacrifice for the Nation which will always be remembered, the BJP National VP said.
