Baijayant Panda Offers Prayers at Maa Kamakhshya Temple in Assam seeking Saffron Surge in Entire North-East

BHUBANESWAR/NEW DELHI: BJP’s National VP and In Charge of Assam and Delhi, Baijayant ‘Jay’ Panda on Thursday morning paid a visit to the historic Maa Kamakhshya Temple in Guwahati in Assam and offered prayers seeking Saffron surge in entire North East under the strong and decisive leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, Party’s National Chief JP Nadda and General Secretary (Organisation), BL Santosh.

After massive success in insurgency hit Manipur, where Jay Panda, was earlier overseeing Party’s affairs with local Chief Minister N Biren Singh, has been given charge of Assam, where the BJP is ruling now under the leadership of Sarbananda Sonowal. Panda, also given charge of Delhi, where he had already hold meetings with State office bearers.

“Was greatly fortunate to get my first darshan at the historic & deeply revered Maa Kamakhshya Devi temple in Guwahati earlier this morning, which only reopened to the public yesterday after months of pandemic related restrictions. Panda has been working overtime since he re elected as National VP with Party’s Pravari for Assam and Delhi and the 4th times former MP, in both Houses of Parliament, is also eyeing on a Upper House Berth from East or North-Eastern States in near future, sources in BJP said adding Panda has the ability to steer the Party to success in entire North-East from Manipur to Assam.
