NEW DELHI/BHUBANESWAR: BJP National VP Baijayant Jay Panda and Jindal Steel and Power Limited (JSPL) Chairman, Naveen Jindal have on Tuesday welcomed Union Budget 2020-23 presented in Parliament by Union Finance and Corporate Affairs Minister Nirmala Sitharaman.
