Baijayant Panda-Naveen Jindal Joins Indian Army to Pay Rich Tribute to Galwan Valley Brave Hearts

NEW DELHI/BHUBANESWAR: BJP National VP In Charge of Assam and Delhi, Baijayant ‘Jay’ Panda and Jindal Steel and Power Limited Chairman Naveen Jindal on Tuesday joined Indian Army and paid rich tribute to martyrs of Galwan Valley.  

“On this day last year we lost 20 of India’s bravest in the #GalwanValley . They are remembered, saluted, cherished. The nation is proud of our bravehearts in uniform, whose supreme sacrifice protects & secures the rest of us. Never forget. Jai Hind,” BJP National VP Baijayant Jay Panda tweeted @PandaJay.

“Homage to the brave martyrs of #GalwanValley who laid down their lives defending the nation. Salute to their courage and sacrifice. Jai Hind Flag of India,” JSPL Chairman Naveen Jindal tweeted @MPNaveenJindal.

“Remembering the #Bravehearts of #Galwan. June 15 marks one year of the deadly Galwan Valley clash in eastern Ladakh which resulted in the death of 20 Indian soldiers, including Commanding Officer Colonel Santosh Babu, and unspecified number of Chinese troops.

The clash had sparked a war-like situation, however, the situation has cooled down following 11 rounds of military-level talks between India and China, and both countries agreeing to de-escalate.But the Indian Army continues to be on high alert with its enhanced troop deployment of over 50,000 men on the ground in Ladakh for the last year.
