Baijayant Panda comes in rescue of Stranded Kendrapara JNV Students in Uttarakhand

BHUBANESWAR/KENDRAPARA: With Kendrapara’s sitting BJD MP Anubhav Mohanty has been missing from the scene since the outbreak of COVID-19, only once, shared a video clip, in which he perhaps wanted to send a message that he is doing for the people of New Delhi as if they elected him to Lok Sabha.

Contrary, Baijayant ‘Jay’ Panda, the present VP-Spokesperson of BJP, who twice elected from Kendrapara and lost the Hat-Trick in last polls, has been active in both online and offline and extending help of hands to tens of thousands from Kendrapara to New Delhi to Mumbai to Chennai to Kolkata to Bangalore to Ernakuam . After taking care of stranded women workers in Kerala, tribal people in Mahakalpada and on Thursday, Panda, the former MP, made another noble effort and some 24 Students of Kendrapara JNV, who were stranded at Uttarakhand, now on their way home.

Students were on their study tour to JNV, Rudra Prayag but due to lockdown, they were stranded there and their  parents had approached Kendrapara BJP President Kishore Panda to took up the matter with party’s National VP-Spokesperson for immediate help. Sources said, soon after Baijayant Panda came to know, students were from Kendrapara, he immidely rang up to the concerned authorities to make their safe return.
