BHUBANESWAR: Badagada PS Case No. 563 D. 19.08.20241-331435/305-324/3 (5) BNS. PO: At-Qtr No.GR/3, Adjacent to BJB College, BJB Nagar, PS- Badagada, BBSR UPD.
Gist of the FIR:
On Dt.19.08.2024 Complaint, appeared at PS and presented a written report alleging there in that, on dt.17.08.2024 he along with his family members had been to his sister’s house situated at Jaipur road for Rakhi Bandhan. On dt.19.08.2024 at 06.10 PM evening they returned to his govt. quarter and noticed that 2nos of gold necklace, One gold chain, 12nos of gold finger rings, 08 pairs of ear rings, 08 pairs of gold bangles, 03 pairs of silver anklets, 02nos of watches, water taps of Qtr and other brass utensils were stolen away.
During course of investigation it is also ascertained that some of the accused persons/CCL also involved in theft inside another govt. Qrt-3R/15, BJB Nagar, for which PS Case No-544/24 was registered and investigated into.
During course of investigation 7nos of accused persons have been arrested and forwarded to the court with the seizure of stolen articles from their possessions.
Further investigation is going on.
