BHUBANESWAR: Badagada P.S Case No.460, dt. 11.07.2024, U/s- 21 (b) NDPS Act.PO: Kuakhai river bank, Basuaghai, PS- Badagada, BBSR UPD.
Brief History:
On 11.07.2024 at 07.07 A.M., IIC received credible information that one Managobinda Narayan Das, Shaktidhar Moharana and Nrusingh Dhal are selling Brown Sugar/morphine like narcotic drugs near Kuakhai river bank, Basuaghai, BBSR under Badagada PS. On such information as per direction SI D.k Parida and available staffs conducted raid at near Kuakhai river bank, Basuaghai and apprehend Managobinda Narayan Das, Shaktidhar Moharana & Nrusingh Dhal. After observing all the formalities of NDPS Act, seized 09.87 grams of Brown Sugar, Two two-wheelers and cash of Rs.2,33,000/- from their conscious possession.
During investigation the above noted three accused persons have been arrested and forwarded to the court today.

- Managobinda Narayan Das (48), S/o- Laxmidhar Das of Vil- Gopinathpurpatana, PS- Brahmagiri, Dist- Puri, A/P- Plot No-27, Gundicha Vihar, PS- Kumbharpada, Dist-Puri.
- Shaktidhar Moharana (38), S/o- Aparti Moharana of Badhei Sahi, Vil- Pandara, PO- GGP Colony, PS- Mancheswar, BBSR UPD.
- Nrusingh Dhal (33), S/o- Gouranga Charan Dhal of Jena Sahi, Vil- Pandara, PO- GGP Colony, PS- Mancheswar, BBSR UPD,
