BHUBANESWAR: Saheed Nagar Police have arrested a group of brokers (Dalals) who were cheating the public impersonating as the staffs of RTO-1 and demanding heavy money in the name of providing good and speedy service. Sources said , as many as 7 were arrested while harassing general public at RTO office here.
The development came after Police in Kendrapara and Berhampur started running after middlemen and brokers at Kendrapara District Headquarters Hospital and MKCG Medical College and Hospital in Berhampur.
