BHUBANESWAR: Sradhanjali Behera, one of the key co accused of honeytrap scandal mastermind, Archana Nag, hubby Jagabandhu Chand, on Tuesday received yet another jolt with Orissa High Court rejecting her anticipatory bail plea.
ED named Sradhanjali was one of key accused in its charge -sheet filed in a local court in Bhubaneswar.
HC had earlier rejected Sradhanjali’s interim protection plea. Shradhanjali had appeared before the ED at its Bhubaneswar office twice for questioning. Between 2017 and 2022, it was found that Archana had allegedly deposited significant amount of money in Shradhanjali’s bank account.
Arachana Nag Chand and her husband , Jagabandhu Chand were booked under Sections 341, 328, 324, 354 – C, 370, 386/387/388, 389, 419/420, 465, 506, 120 – B of IPC and Section 66 -E, 67 of IT Act.
