BHUBANESWAR: ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India Limited (AM/NS) won the Alaghat West Iron Ore mine block auction with a 120.25% premium. The 92.882 Ha block has a geological resource of 133.4 mnt and has Fe 59.04% ore. Alaghat West Iron Ore mine block located in Sundargarh district of Odisha.
Eswaravaka Venkatakrishna secured the Patamunda-A Manganese and Iron Ore block at a 142.30% premium. The 108.881 Ha mine holds 6.66 mnt of manganese and 2.77 mnt of iron ore geological resources and has Mn 11.91% and Fe 46.47% ore. Patamunda-A Manganese and Iron Ore block located in Sundargarh.
