PURI/BHUBANESWAR: The Bureaucrat turned BJP’s Bhubaneswar Lok Sabha MP, Aparajia Sarangi, who was recently named as one of the National Spokespersons, of the Saffron Party, sought blessings of Lord Jagannath in pilgrimage city of Puri in Odisha days after formally assuming her new assignment in New Delhi.
“Sought the blessings of Lord Lingaraj and Mahaprabhu Jagannath yesterday.Prayed for the health,happiness and well being of all.Prayer brings inner peace and calmness.Felt happy.May God give necessary strength so that we keep working towards upliftment of the lives around us,” MP Aparajita Sarangi @AprajitaSarangi.
Earlier, the BJP MP from Bhubaneswar attended an orientation session of National Spokespersons at BJP Headquarters’ in New Delhi along with other spokespersons including Dr Sabmit Patra, another Odisha origin leader in JP Nadda’s National team. Two others in BJP’s National team are former Kendrapara MP, Baijayant’Jay’ Panda as National VP and Mayurbhanj MP Biseswar Tudu as National Secretary.
“Advice received from National President JP Nadda Ji will be a guiding force. I assured him that I would put in my best in the discharge of my duties,” the MP had earlier tweeted.
“Since the MP chosen as National Spokesperson, she was seen frequently in National TV channels and strongly defending Party and Government and as a first comer , she has been outstanding in TV debates,” added a senior Journalist in Bhubaneswar.
