KENDRAPARA/BHUBANESWAR: The 2015 batch IAS officer Amrit Ruturaj, former Project Director District Rural Development Agency (DRDA), Rayagada , has taken over charge as Kendrapara’s new Collector, replacing 2011 Batch IAS Samarth Verma.
Samarth Verma replaced Balwant Singh as the District Collector of Puri.2007 Batch IAS Balwant Singh has also taken charge as Managing Director of Odisha Mining Corporation(OMC).Singh is allowed to remain in additional charge of MD of Odisha Mineral Exploration Corporation Ltd (OMECL), Bhubaneswar.
