BHUBANESWAR/KENDRAPARA: The 2015 batch IAS officer Amrit Ruturaj, the Project Director District Rural Development Agency (DRDA), Rayagada , has been appointed as the District Collector of Kendrapara. 2011 Batch IAS Samarth Verma, will replace Balwant Singh as the District Collector of Puri.2007 Batch IAS Balwant Singh, currently District Collector Puri has been appointed as the Managing Director of Odisha Mining Corporation(OMC).Singh is allowed to remain in additional charge of MD of Odisha Mineral Exploration Corporation Ltd (OMECL), Bhubaneswar.
2005 Batch IAS R Vineel Krishna has been appointed as Special Secretary to Chief Minister.
2010 Batch IAS Md. Sadique Alam currently serving as Executive Director (ED) of Centre for Modernizing Government Initiative (CMGI), Bhubaneswar has been allowed to remain in additional charge of Director, Industries.
The additional appointment of Reghu G as Director of Industries will stand terminated from the date Md. Alam takes over the charge.2015 Batch IAS Parul Patawari, who is in-charge of COVID-19 Management, with additional charge of Additional Commissioner in Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) has been appointed as the Deputy Secretary to Government, Works Department.
2016 Batch IAS Vishal Singh who is the Special ADM in Khordha, has been appointed as the PD, DRDA of Jajpur district.Senior OAS Officer, Pramod Kumar Behera, District Collector Rayagada has been appointed as the Additional Secretary in Revenue & Disaster Management Department.Senior OAS Officer, Saroj Kumar Mishra District Collector Jagatsinghpur has been appointed District Collector of Rayagada.
