BHUBANESWAR: Amresh Kumar Jaiswal, IFS, Former Conservator of Forests, O/o PCCF, Aranya Bhawan, Bhubaneswar (Retired), who was charge sheeted by Odisha Vigilance in a case U/s 13(2) r/w 13(1)(e) of PC Act, 1988 for possessing disproportionate assets (DA), was convicted by Hon’ble Special Judge, Special Court, Vigilance, Cuttack and sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of 2 years and to pay fine of Rs.50,000/-.
