BHUBANESWAR:Today i.e. on 23.12.2025, Ajaya Kumar Mohanty, Former Junior Diarist, office of Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE), Odisha, Bhubaneswar (Retired), who was charge sheeted by Odisha Vigilance U/s 13(2) r/w 13(1)(d)/7 PC Act, 1988 for demanding and taking bribe from a person to render necessary help for publication of withheld result of his relative, was convicted by Hon’ble Special Judge, Vigilance, Bhubaneswar and sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of 3 years and fine.
