BHUBANESWAR: It was seems like a New Year gift, Bhubaneswar-Surat direct flight connectivity will commence from January 20, 2020. informed Bhubaneswar MP Aparajita Sarangi today.
After receiving the letter from Air India CMD, Sarangi tweeted:Congratulations to all our Odia friends in Bhubaneswar and Surat. Finally, we have Bhubaneswar- Surat flight w.e.f. 20th January, 2020 . I just received the communication from CMD, Air India. Many thanks @narendramodi @HardeepSPuri @AshwaniLohani . I am grateful.
As per the proposal, the flight will leave Biju Patnaik International Airport on Mondays and Thursdays at 8.40 am and reach Surat Airport at 10.40 am.
Similarly, the flight will depart from Surat Airport on Fridays and Sundays at 8.30 am and reach Bhubaneswar Airport at 10.30 am.
