BHUBANESWAR: The newly appointed AICC Odisha In-Charge and MP Dr A Chella Kumar held a meeting with Odisha PCC leaders and chalked about party’s plan for the coming bye polls in Balasore and Jagatsinghpur.
PCC Chief Niranjan Patnaik, Congress Legislature Party leader Narasingh Mishra, MLA Suresh Kumar Routray, senior leaders like Chiranjiv Biswal, Pradeep Majhi were among those present and discuused various issues with new AICC Odisha In-Charge.
