Samantaray entered into Govt service as Forester on 26.11.1985 with salary Rs.1500/-per month. He was promoted to the rank of Ranger on 31.08.2023 & joined in Rahama Forest Range, Jagatsinghpur. Sri Samantaray has served about 4 decades in Jagatsinghpur & Kendrapara district.
